11yFirst, thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review on Glassdoor.com. We're sorry to hear that while working at Meridian Group, it felt like some employees were targeted and others were favorites. Each year, managers conduct performance reviews for their team members and pay raises and bonuses (if applicable) are based on the performance reviews and the company's performance as a whole. We thank you for your advice too, we want our employees to feel important and that we are listening.
