The organisation is going downhill since acquisition by a larger group. Despite the success of the team, rewards such as team days and bonus’ are being cancelled because the wider organisation are not in a position for everyone in the group to benefit from these. Feels unfair that the ones performing well are penalised for the rest of the organisation. To say the merger with the larger group has been mismanaged would be an understatement.
