Pros
Company strives to provide best rates. Members are always kept up to date with new promotions available to them. Lots of opportunity to learn and meet great people.
Cons
The company is all about the numbers and not so much about the staff. HR supports management no matter what. The “it’s confidential” statement is a joke to most staff. The “I got your back” doesn’t apply to all staff only the special ones. It really pays to know someone that is good with the high ups....you will succeed. High staff turnaround. Great employees leave due to the mistreatment from management.
