Pros
Management are fully supportive if all trainers and likewise are supportive of the development of their delegates. They truly are concern. They are people managers knowing that motivated people work better, and motivated and for delegates learn better too. Even when there is a weekend emergency, they are there to assist. Really amazing people.
Cons
There are few cons if any. I’d say at most that there are no meals just delicious snacks.
