Run away from this place and fast! - Manager MeriCal Employee Review

Worst company I’ve ever worked at. Leadership is truly incompetent from the CHRCO to the CEO. The leadership is nonexistent and employees are not hired for their knowledge or skills but rather to just do what they’ve been told. I will be shocked if MeriCal will be around in the next 5 years. Employees tend the quit within the first week of onboarding.
