      Pros

      Had on the job training. Some Co-workers were great and helped out when you were in a pinch

      Cons

      Training felt rushed. And patients to patient care tech ratio was WAY over (night shift). Never enough staff= patient care techs are rushed, overworked & stretched and patients don't get the care they DESERVE!

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Cons

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
