Pros
Work-Life Balance: They seem to value employee well-being, promoting a healthy work-life balance to help staff manage their personal and professional lives! Another thing that I think is cool is that they offer opportunities for continuing education and career growth, ensuring you can advance your skills and knowledge! Alot of healthcare companies don't do that for the staff!
Cons
This constant change can sometimes feel overwhelming, as processes are frequently updated, requiring flexibility from the team.
Overall, while change can be challenging, it also presents opportunities for growth and improvement!
