      Good place to work with the appropriate workload.

      Cons

      With career dominated with young people you will get a good amount of “teen drama” and lack of work ethic. (Just a problem in general, not just at this place)

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
