      Healthcare in general has changed everywhere and is it all about the number of patients and not the quality of patient care or safety. Staff is pulled in every direction - doing multiple roles outside of their job duties with no pay increase. Way of the world now

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
