The paychecks don’t bounce, yet.
Cons
Too many constant changes, staff are very unhappy…nobody seems to be or feel appreciated, lack of hope that treatment of employees will improve. Employees seem to be a number, and disposable. Even upon mass exodus of many different staff in a short time frame, management didn’t seem to care enough to try and make working conditions any better, and didn’t try to retain any employees that were leaving.
