      Cafeteria staff were so kind and welcoming

      Cons

      Oh where to begin...no work life balance. No career growth unless you are directly related to senior leadership. Overworked and undercompensated. Morally corrupt. If you are good at your job they will take advantage of you until you are burnt out. If you are not good senior leadership will belittle you and will not guide/help you to get better. No point in meeting with HR-many have and nothing has changed.

      Non clinical perspective: great culture, great people, appreciate the clinical excellence, excellent benefits if you can stay inside the system.

      Non clinical perspective: Limited growth opportunities, salary is ok, company operates lean on staffing.

      Leadership is not great. Very old ideals running the establishment. They have favorites.
