I collaborated daily with skilled and compassionate nurses, physicians, and techs. The teamwork here feels mission-driven, and the culture emphasizes respect, empathy, and rapid response. It's a place where clinical urgency meets human connection.

Cons

The PSA role is undervalued despite its impact. Limited advancement opportunities and inconsistent recognition from upper management made it hard to feel fully supported. High-stress situations weren’t always met with appropriate resources.
