      Work schedule & great skill building opportunities. Mission of the organization & commitment to quality Heath care is very positive!

      Cons

      Limited support from upper management. Staff recognition is limited in such a large organization! Challenging to perform at your highest potential when resources are limited due to significant allocations directed to expansion opportunities outside of department of hire!
