You get to work with both diverse students and diverse staff. You can feel yourself making a difference if you are on the lower level of the staff.
Cons
Raises barely occur, even in an increase in roll. Leadership is mixed and turnover is rapid. It’s a high stress roll and PACT Mentors are incredibly responsible for the well being of the students with not enough training. You fully learn on the job.
