Lack of diversity at top leadership level for a student body of highly diverse students. Highly political leadership who have no feedback mechanisms or channels for honest and authentic feedback from those doing the hard work of attracting and retaining students. Hyper focused on student registration, versus elevating the academic standards. Adjunct faculty translates to mediocre education overall versus fully engaged full time faculty.
