Great people bad company management - Mechanical Engineer Mercury Systems Employee Review

Poorly ran programs by PMs, and blaming MEs because of their poor guidance ,communication , and lack of the engineering process. The executives are driving the company down, not leveraging each site’s expertise and poor internal integration which leads to frequent layoffs. The CEO continuously starts his statements off with "As an Engineer" but hasn't had any relevant experience as an engineer for more than 6 months and moved to the business sector. He doesn't have the relevant understanding of the engineering process or how to leverage to the company's talents.
