I am proud to work for a company that is taking such good care of it's employees during a very challenging time. We all appreciate the quick reaction to efficiently roll out the many benefits supporting our employees during this crisis. By providing free access to heath and wellness networks, waiving co-pays for telemedicine consultations, increased sick time, and establishing a $1,000,000 employee relief fund, it really feels like Mercury is giving back to the hardworking employees who are helping contribute to our continued success. The rapid enhancements to our infrastructure, smart/safe changes in policy, and emphasis on safety/wellness first will enable us all to feel safe and secure as we continue to execute on our critical role we play in the aerospace and defense supply chain.
Cons
The workforce is keeping efficiency up during this crisis, therefore when things settle down we should re-evaluate our work from home policies, or extend this current flexibility, as we are proving that we can operate well in a virtual environment.
