The proactive, multi-pronged response to the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrates their focus on the health and well being of Mercury's employees. Great team of talented people makes it a great place to work.

      No real cons come to mind. Expect a fast paced, exciting, and challenging work environment due to the hyper-growth of the business.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!
