Pros
Everyone hired in the last 3 years that I have encountered has been incredibly dynamic and fits the profile of someone who can scale in a hyper-growth atmosphere. Working in HR I have the opportunity to see the initiatives in place to make Mercury a great place to work. We are constantly surveying the organization to find blind spots where improvement can be made. The executive team is very impressive and isn’t the typical profile you sometimes find where they are too far removed from daily operations. Everyone has a good idea of what is going on in there group enough that if you go to them with any type of problem they are able to come up with a solution with you. I’m a recent addition to the HR Leadership team and have no complaints so far. My role is one that I feel passionate about and I look forward to coming to work everyday.
