      Pros

      I've been with the company about 8 months through acquisition, but 20+ years total with the same group of people. The company culture is great, work environment is very positive and the people I work with are outstanding. The company actually thinks about the employees and doesn't make me feel like a number within the company. One outstanding place to work.

      Cons

      I know I should give some constructive criticism, but nothing comes to mind.

We are so glad to know the transition to the Mercury family has been well-received. Our culture is at the top of our priority list, as are the people and delivering cutting edge technology that supports our troops. Your suggestion to make the rounds once a year is a great one. We do try to visit each site and will continue those efforts.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
