Mercury is full of talented and dedicated people who are willing to go the extra mile to make the company successful and ultimately support the mission of our end customers - the men an women of our Armed Forces. The work is interesting and rewarding knowing our efforts support the defense of our nation.
Cons
The balance between product work and (semi-)custom work can make things seem crazy and disorganized. This confusion sometimes makes it difficult to understand the "grand vision" which tends to unfold in fits and spurts.
