Cons
* Wide spread Nepotism and favoritism when hiring and promoting. * Management files false reports against staff without proper Impartial investigation. Management uses hear say *Management Writes up staff to demote/fire so that their favorites can get promoted regardless of actual capabilities * Unfair pay raises..raises are not performance or seniority based but rather "favored employees" are given extra. Rotating shift does not allow for family / work balance, prevents proper rest for employees to stay safe. * High producing lines are penalized for not improving while poor performing lines are praised. *Management and hiring practices are some of the worse that I have ever seen. *Company does not have enough orders to stay busy or productive *Refuses to eliminate non-productive team members. (those who refuse to learn)
