Good company - Business Development Mercom Employee Review

Mercom has always been a Family oriented company for the 6+ years that I have worked for them. Even though I work several states away from corporate headquarters I always feel like a part of the team/ Mercom family. Mercom has been there to support me whether it be personal or a work related issues I knew that I could count on them for support.

The only "CON" that I see Mercom having is that being a smaller company they may get overlooked for larger projects. If there was a way for Mercom to cast a bigger shadow on the Government/Civilian IT field it would benefit the company greatly.

I learned a lot in my many years at Mercom. Some were positive others less so, but after all was said and done, it was a meaningful experience.
