      Difficult to be heard if you're the new guy up against seniority, even if they're in the wrong; management likes to sweep things under the rug until it becomes a big enough problem

      Pros

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
