On top of this was constant outlook calendar monitoring.

I am trusted to do my job in a professional and timely manner with no micro management from my manager. The atmosphere in most teams is great and colleagues really do bounce off of one another. Most people are happy in their roles and ensure that they provide a positive working environment to their colleagues. Workload is manageable, but not easy (wouldn't have it any other way!)

Systems can be cumbersome, but the business is working on sorting this soon.
