      Good salary and incentives. Nice working with my team and manager. Overall, company is good. You can talk to management when you need help, the HR answers questions. Patient

      Cons

      High expectations and SOPs. Tiring, but all F&B is the same. More flexibility for different shifts, maybe for me.

      Good salary, great colleagues. Management is reasonable.

      Cons

      Very very very very tiring. I wished some of the work could be outsourced. Like cleaning the outlet, carpets after closing and throwing the rubbish. Or the deep cleaning (weekly or monthly) of the restaurant.
