Few covid protocols, would not inform employees when they were in contact with a peer who was confirmed. Management would fire employees so rapidly. It fosters an environment of distrust. 12-1 lunch mandate is unrealistic for OT exempt positions. "Unlimited PTO" just means they do not have to pay you out when you leave.
