Strong product awareness but lacking employee support - Account Manager Mercell Holding Employee Review

work from home, decent salary, but not enough for me not to quit

too many too count - scare culture - churning customers - product that isn't ready - horrendous management - had 4 managers in space of 6 months, they got fired - high targets but no way to reach them - no understanding from management - and no customer focus from higher up either - panic attacks follow

Not even sure where to begin with this company.. So many unfair dismissals, highly unrealistic sales targets, products that have not been tested are released and are expected to sell when they are full of bugs. Management does not listen to employees and when things dont work (as foretold by employees), the managers act all surprisdd and shifts blame to employees. Stay away at all cost!
