Pros
Great onboarding experience. I had enough time to settle in, familiarize myself with the project, and get to know my colleagues. The tasks were engaging, and I appreciated having the freedom to choose which ones to work on. The team was incredibly supportive, and I always felt involved and treated as an equal. Overall, I had a positive experience.
Cons
Communication with HR could have been better. At times, I didn't receive responses to my questions and had to reach out to my team lead to get in touch with HR.
