1. Everything is done with an agenda by everyone. Politics is strife and the way of life. A lot of backstabbing and gossiping which is not productive and does not contribute to work 2. Nepotism - people are hired in roles based on connections eg a head of department’s wife , family member or girlfriend. Hence roles are not filled based on competency but on connections leading to the next point 3. Incompetent team leads and department heads who are not very sure of the key problems and operational issues 4. As everything is agenda driven, and everyone is trying to achieve their own selfish motivations, a lot of problems and issues are hidden and not surfaced 5.diversity to management = a female German or an Asian that grew up in Germany and speaks German. Anyone else outside that isn’t qualified or competent
