      Proximity - perfectly located in central peninsula.

      Cons

      - constant miscommunication amoung the management team - no formal or informal performance feedback loop - zero opportunity for career growth - base pay was 15% lower than equivalent job - no way to earn the commission pay in the first year AND commissions were capped

      Pros

      Leaders in Service & Sales Performance Management. They offer solutions that actually make life better for the users of the system and their customers. There is real value to be had.

      Cons

      Acquired by NICE Systems. Focus has changed as a result which may or may not be bad. It's also a bigger company which affords some benefits - like training - but also means more bureaucracy and less individual impact.
