Cons
- Relatively little marketing in the past but this is rapidly picking up and being done with surprising sophistication - Need to go back to clients and get approvals to publish more great case studies - company has tons of success but needs to get this out in public more often - Product needs a bit of updating on the ICM side - new UI, etc. - company is focused on this and close to releasing some significant improvements - Demo technical folks need more focus on tying feature function to business issues and benefits - While profitable and well run, company is relatively small so some concerns over long term - possible acquisition target or going public - either of which would move control away from mgt team and clients
