Pros

One gets to work in multiple projects. This way one learns how to implement learning from one project into another. Organization is not hesitant in implementing new technologies which requires an individual to work at certain pace. In recent-past, legacy issues have been closed by management with great effectiveness. If you propose a change/addition for enhancement (with full homework), then full attention would be paid. Company is growing and has shown significant growth specially in last 2 years. Salary structure is good and at par as far as IT industry is concerned. Pro-activeness and taking small initiatives from individuals, is highly advised.

Cons

If you are not pro-active/accountable/take small initiatives then chances are high that you may feel sluggish. This is not a multi-national/large organization so one should not expect completely sophisticated experience.

Pros

- Good only for freshers, but don't expect good starting salary. - Exposure to latest technology if you get lucky - Colleagues are good (only good thing about work environment)

Cons

- There is no vision, nor there is any goal to guide the company and drive the work - Salary is not on time - Management is worst, no sense while talking to employees. Anger is at the tip of their nose - Client handling not good, many left just because of top management's behavior - Ego issues of top management - Will promise many big things, but won't be executed. If approached to MD, you will be ignored, dates will be moved, excuses will be given. In the end you will have to give up - They won't ask you why a particular thing hasn't been done and straight away blame and insult you, only later to be realized that the reason was valid - If a particular process or work is going on fine, even clients are happy by the work, top management will interfere and spoil it - If you resign, they will treat you as if you have committed a crime. They will ignore you and won't even talk to you unless they want to get something done - Will talk sweetly when something needs to be done, once done things will be back to way they were - Never firm on 1 decision. Top management will change the decision on the fly regularly and will spoil the project - Favoritism for few employees
