Great place to work part time

nice office space and snacks allow dogs in the office

Upper management is not aware of a lot that is happening in the company and blaming that on others. Communication chaos especially in terms of making final decisions. Basically one benefit (unlimited PTO) that is not actually unlimited and 2 people were coincidentally fired after taking it. There is some special treatment for couple of people. They want you to come with original ideas, but when you do they shut them down and won't let you do anything. Not proving with equipment to work (computer/laptop) despite the promise in the beginning.
