Pros
Has a good learning rate, the staff is very friendly and diverse. You wont get lost doing you job. The office is very homey, very nice. very appropriate
Cons
Too much pressure, too much work, you are forced to work extra hours that are not paid, just because some cocky client wants something that cannot be done, and in the end, it is your fault if it is wrong, because CM sells, you only deliver, and they won't even ask if what they want is possible in the time limit they give. Management doesn't know anything, I thought my boss was an expert in the area, turns out, I know more from the area I belonged to than him, and I was a newcomer. They force you to work inhuman amount of hours, with a measly salary that will only increase at most, once every year.
