      Pros

      1. It is a very inclusive company 2. They treat everyone with respect 3. You always learn and everyone is open to teach or learn even your boss

      Cons

      Maybe its very specific but in my team, i was the younger person so sometimes I would get comments of how young I was, which annoyed me. This is something specific to the team I worked for but other than that, I truly recommend working in mercado libre. Its an excellent company that also cares about its employees
