Pros
- Pay is decent for the location & job - The customers are usually very friendly & easy to deal with - Health benefits were good
Cons
- All levels of management are horrible-- the things they expected of us changed all the time and no one knew what was going on half the time - Employee rating system: you could score a perfect 100% on your evals, then get fired the next day - Sexist/mysoginist upper mgmt-- only men were promoted or given raises, despite performance - Sales reps- they tended to overpromise and/or straight up lie to customers then we had to deal with the fallout. Also, if a sales rep decided they didn't like you, you could be terminated just on their word & nothing to do with your job performance
