Starting with the company i didn't have any experience in this field so learning new skills worried me a bit I then realised you don't need experience because the training you get is excellent. The team are great as well really nice people always willing to help and make work fun. You also get to travel over the uk if you want to which I found great because I love to travel but the most important part is the progression and opportunity.

So it is longer hours but you are learning so many transferable skills in such s short period to progress but you will get used to it.

The training provided is very thorough and boosts your confidence both in business and personally. Not coming from a business degree background, I was concerned I would struggle. However management are very hands on with training and like to make sure you progress at the rate you should be.

I commute to work via train everyday, and more often than not trains are usually delayed especially with this weather. However management are understanding when it comes too uncontrollables.
