Drink the kool-aid - Sales Menufy Employee Review

No real sense of direction. Management is not on the same page. They sell you the sales job as a chill Monday-Friday job but then turn around and tell you to work weekends. Same thing with your call quota. They also make it seem like their sales associates make money when most of them are barely making it by. You won’t do good unless you get referrals and expect to work a year at your base pay before making any okay money. For anyone with sales experience this job is a joke. Also be ready to be talked about behind your back by the established clique.
