It's hard to get together since there is no office.

Great opportunity to volunteer in the community. It's a thriving nonprofit serving underprivileged high school students who are typically first generation to go to college. They have lots of resources.

Application process is long, up to 2 months. Not much interaction with other mentors. You have to plan the weekly / biweekly meetings with your mentee. High school students often take a while to respond to messages.
