Small company, you will know most likely all key players. Original owners are still around.
Cons
They do not provide good resources to be successful in the role. None work-life balance. Headquarters do not have all the resources that they need in order to support their operation. Talent acquisition HR has a huge opportunity, roles can be vacant for years. Human Resources Department is not responsive and/or willing to help. They are not pro-employees.
