Where do I start... the current upper management is the worse I've seen in my career. They wanted you to be a "yes man" to Merck and not speak up. If you do, you'll end up having enemies and they will replace you eventually. We are hired to tell the client what to do but MTG wants you shut up. Whenever you need a PO, it has to go all the way to the HQs in Puerto Rico and it will take forever to get it process. They have a local office that would be ideal for having local support but they won't. They are dream sellers to the employees and the client.
