      Pros

      Greater involvement of the mentor in the teaching and building of a relationship with the students. Has different hours of work than many other companies online. USA time, I am working 4 pm - 8 pm.

      Cons

      Less prepared materials in slides like formate that is more common in other companies and they pay less than some other Chinese companies like GVE, ALO7, SayABC, etc.

      Unpaid training, unpaid reports, asked to lie to clients. Overall VERY unprofessional.

      This was the most toxic environment I have worked in. The staff is constantly lying to you and the students, you are teaching a ten minute class and the reports after class take more than 20-30 minutes each, the staff is monitoring what you are doing and how you are doing it. I had to quit my first week because it was a work environment I could not handle. They said there was tech issues on my side, but I know it wasn't my fault. Go somewhere else!
