      They invest in their people. I had the privilege of working at Menlo. Leadership is strong from the top down. They have a strong vision for the future of security.

      Cons

      Crowded market. The technology is best in class. Can't wait for the entire industry to recognize Menlo's dominance.

      Individual contributors are generally hard-working and willing to help.

      Cons

      5 performance reviews per year where you are the top of your team will still result in a raise that is roughly equal to the inflation rate. Maybe the 6th review cycle they've added this year will make a difference.
