      Pros

      Very different work culture, in a good way. Not your typical corporate environment. Employee joy and life outside of the office is valued. Great support system. Great software built. Transparent work place, to the clients and the employees.

      Cons

      Lower than industry standard pay for a developer, especially when just getting started. But with enough time, you can reach that standard. Plus, the environment is so great that maybe it doesn't matter.

      Pros

      You get to move around projects often which can introduce you to a lot of new technologies quickly.

      Cons

      The upper management and senior team members do not follow their own policies that they are very strict on. Very hypocritical. Reviews for promotions are heavily skewed by people that have rarely if ever worked with you.
