Most of the employees are good, decent and hard working people, competent and pleasant to be around. They do their very tough jobs well and with Brooklyn pride! Some members of upper management are corrupt and exploiting the company financially. Several of these have already been removed but they evidently missed a few of these charmers. Lack of organization and standardized procedures contributes to the chaos, and is being actively gamed by the parasitic types. These several corrupt, unprofessional and insecure individuals will reward politics over competence, and set you up to take the blame if you make them look bad (which is unfortunately easy to do). Watch your back and don't participate in things that don't make any sense; if things don't make sense then like Judge Judy says it means somebody's lying.
