- A lot of unhappy chatters among the ground staff about management - A lot of boot licking, middle management, directors, etc. - Management is scared of the CEO, a lot of knee jerking decision - Management claimed to be supportive of ground up initiatives, but rarely listens to the ground staff - Management kills passion, not a place to be passionate - High turnover rate, workload distributed among people who stays - Unrealistic KPIs, not listening to ground staff - You can mess things up, do the bare minimum (or not do your job right at all) and still not get fired - Slow career progression - No work life balance
