The only pro is their product Billez. It's a good software for Salons.

They want robot employees not humans. - Would expect you to work 12 hours everyday. - Would call you to work on weekends and holidays but won't give any comp off or allowance. - Doesn't care about employee's wellbeing. - Founders are always shouting. - No proper management.
