Where do I start? This company has no idea what they are doing they are stuck in the 1970s. The store needs a whole update never mind a deep clean. Lack of staff... I'm a team leader with no team. Senior management have no idea about the shop floor even though they have "back to the floor days" they live in an ivory tower that is purely Menarys as they have been there since their teenage years. No training or time to learn... jump 9n at the deep end and pray... Staff discount is worthless as you can't use it on discounted products and there is always a sale on. Have to buy your own uniform No company sick pay. Comunnication from head office is none existant. Constant promos so no time for customer service... Horrifying customer with bowel problems (I kid you not I have had to get a lady new underwear because she had an accident and had to lift bright orange puke off the floor in Tempest) Lack of respect for their staff who all run themselves ragged and try to keep a smile on their faces.
