      Pros

      A lot of the people I worked with were nice and easy to work with. Pay is pretty decent.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to focus on keeping their job rather than keeping employees. Actual times serious allegations and/or serious concerns were just “swept under the rug”, so to speak.

      Pros

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
